"Peace Says"

Peace says I am.
You keep trying to find me, pray for me and protest against the things that you see that oppose my nature.
But I am here. I exist. I am real.
Meet the things that keep you from me.

The reactions. The events, behaviors and situations that hold a charge and push on your emotions.
Anger, guilt, jealousy, a need for revenge and getting even.
Release your fears and fill yourself with love. Then you will know me.

As you stand in love and compassion without judgment hatred dissolves
and melts away like the illusion that it is.
Then you can see and experience the world in all of its beauty and there are fields of flowers
that are long lost battlefields of a forgotten time.
